Millions of us are looking forward to tucking into our festive dinner next weekend.
But authorities have confirmed the dose of bird flu at a poultry farm near Louth, Lincs. Investigations are under way to determine whether the turkeys are not safe.
Birds on the farm which have not already died will be culled in order to prevent the spread of the strain.
