Buy Battlefield 1 Premium Pass To Get Four DLC Expansions

battlefield_1_02

Battlefield 1 is one of the most highly anticipated games of this year. It’s not uncommon for major games to get paid expansions these days so it was not surprising when the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass was announced. It’s basically a season pass that will get you four paid DLCs at a discount. It will cost you more if you buy each paid DLC individually so the best option is to go with the Premium Pass if you plan on purchasing all of the paid DLC that will be released for this game over time.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCITFAl_3HpetPJUhc8GqoEw

It’s not cheap, though. Battlefield 1 Premium Pass costs $49.99 but it does promise you access to all four planned downloadable expansions. Players will be able to add both French and Russian armies to their campaign when they purchase the pass aside from the first DLC which is called They Shall Not Pass.
An additional incentive for Premium Pass owners is that they will get access to new DLC two weeks before everybody else, this starts with They Shall Not Pass, which is Battlefield’s first paid expansion and is due for release in March next year.
Premium Pass owners will also get 16 new multiplayer maps, 20 new weapons, new Operations and game modes, several new vehicles as well as Battlepacks which will start arriving by November 2016

Ubisoft Delays The Division DLC

Ubisoft explains that it has delayed the expansions to not only strengthen the core experience before adding new content but will also allow it to have more production time to ensure the quality of future expansions.

The first DLC for The Division was called Underground and it was released last month. DLC for this game arrives on theXbox One first due to an exclusivity deal that Ubisoft has with Microsoft.

Ubisoft had previously said that it would release the second and third DLCs – Survival and Last Stand – by the summer and winter this year respectively. That’s obviously not going to happen now.
It acknowledged that even though The Division has had an “incredible” six months since it was released, the game remains “affected by lingering issues that have accumulated since release.” So it has made the decision to initially work on improving the game’s core experience before polishing the DLCs based on its own observation as well as on feedback from the community.
It’s currently working on a new update that’s going to address some of the issues that the community has highlighted in The Division. It’s going to provide a full overview of everything included in this update on September 13th.

Plugging In A Kindle May Crash Windows 10

windows-10-main

Yet another issue has been reported with Windows 10 Anniversary Update. We have previously reported that some users experienced their machines freezing up while quite a lot of users found that the update broke their webcams. As Microsoft works to address those issues, latest reports reveal that plugging in an Amazon Kindle might cause a PC running Windows 10 Anniversary Update to crash.

Many users who have been experiencing this issue have raised their concerns on the official Microsoft support forums. Some have also provided workarounds that don’t appear to be working for everybody.
One of the workarounds involves leaving the Kindle plugged into the PC and allowing it to reboot fixes the crashing problem, while another workaround suggests plugging in the e-reader into a USB 2.0 port instead of a USB 3.0 port.

Naturally, Windows 10 users will be looking forward to getting a fix in the near future as this is no way to go about connecting a Kindle to PC. Microsoft is yet to acknowledge the issue so it can’t be said for sure at this point in time when a fix might arrive

Drink Your Coffee Black, We Have Some Bad News For You

Of all the things about me that could totally justify someone saying, "You know what, Madeline? You're whacked and you need to leave my home immediately," I never thought that my love of black coffee would be one of them.

But alas, fellow psychopaths, one study is here to drop a bizarre truth bomb on us that has everything to do with what we put in our faces.

After cross-referencing taste preferences and personality evaluations, researchers concluded that those who enjoy bitter foods would be okay with staring straight into the mouth of Leviathan before work every day.
Do you like black coffee? What about dark chocolate? Does knocking back a gin and tonic help you navigate the human experience? Cool. Same. The only downside is that bitter taste preferences have been linked to psychopathic tendencies because joy is an illusion for the weak.
According to a study of taste preferences as they relate to antisocial personality traits, those who enjoy bitter foods and drinks are more likely to be about that psychopath life.

It's worth mentioning that the study was relatively small and self-reported, which means that there's much room for error. That being said, if you're truly a nightmare with legs, you can use this knowledge to trick people into thinking you're emotionally stable. Just add half and half.

Justin Rose says golf must become a permanent fixture at the Olympics, after he claimed gold at Rio.

Britain's Rose became the first men's champion since 1904 after a thrilling battle with Henrik Stenson.

Golf will be part of the 2020 Games in Tokyo, but after the negative build up to Rio with many golfers opting against participating at the event, including world No 1 Jason Day and four-time Major winner Rory McIlroy, the future beyond that is uncertain.

How Players Are Using Auto Battle To Seed Farm In Mobius Final Fantasy

How Players Are Using Auto Battle To Seed Farm In Mobius Final Fantasy
Mobius Final Fantasy is all about grinding and farming, especially since so much of the game has yet to be unlocked. Some players are getting creative with their seed farming techniques, including utilizing the auto battle feature to breeze through the grind.

In the following video, the player details one way to Auto Battle in Sanctum (Level 2 on the Hard difficulty setting). Their setup uses a Knight with Brotherhood, Gigant, and low cost but high power Earth, Wind, and Fire cards. The location prevents Knights from using Water cards, and the enemies are mostly of the Earth and Wind variety. While there is some risk of dying using the method described, the reward of an easy 600 to 900 seeds may be worth the risk.

Capcom Reveals A “Through The Glass Experience” Visual Novel, Imprisoned Palm

The genre of Imprisoned Palm is listed as a “through the glass experience adventure” game. In the game, the player will get to read into the closed off memories and heart of Haruto, a young man named Haruto (CV: Yuichiro Umehara) who is imprisoned in an internment camp located on a solitary island.

The game will feature six episodes with the episodes being released weekly in drama-like fashion. The trailer shows Haruto locked up and communicating with the player, who will learn more about his memories along with Haruto. You’ll get to explore different parts of the island and communicate with its people in visual novel fashion.

You can watch Haruto in his cell and communicate with him through the smartphone as though you’re on the other side of a glass wall. In the video, they demonstrate a tapping on the screen where he says “ah, I can’t see if your hand is in the way. Come closer. More, I want to get a better look at your face. Why… though I’m so close, I still can’t look inside your heart

Emmerdale shocker: Is this the way out for Andy Sugden?

He is desperate to avoid going down for a crime he did not commit. Andy has finally found out he was set up for shooting businessman Lawrence White by his girlfriend Chrissie.
His dodgy solicitor Rakesh Kotecha – who was blackmailed by Chrissie to ensure Andy got the blame – helps him to escape.
During Friday night’s episode Andy confronted Chrissie about her actions and the fact it was her son Lachlan who shot her dad Lawrence.
In an act of revenge after finding out he slept with Bernice, Chrissie planted the weapon used in the shooting in the back of Andy’s car.

And while Andy spent weeks in prison, manipulative Chrissie played the doting girlfriend while still plotting behind his back.
Soap bosses are keeping tight-lipped as to whether the tense storyline is actor Kelvin Fletcher’s way out of the popular ITV soap.
The actor, who has played Andy for the last 20 years, has also kept quiet about rumours that he has already filmed his exit from the show.
An Emmerdale insider said: “Andy is desperate and feels like a hunted animal as he is chased through the woods by the police.

CORONATION STREET ITV, 7.30 & 8.30pm
Maria is deeply disappointed when Aidan corners her and insists that last night was a mistake and Luke’s a lucky lad.

Aidan then calls Eva into the office and gives her a necklace, hoping they can forget about their fight and lies to her that he was with a mate the night before.

Also, Luke takes Maria out for dinner and suggests fixing a wedding date, but it all gets a bit awkward when Aidan and Eva turn up.

EASTENDERS BBC1, 8pm
Manipulative Babe wants to worm her way back into The Vic, but Linda tells her there’s a long way to go. Feeling unwanted, she plans to leave, but a run-in with Claudette changes her mind and she starts plotting. But someone has got revenge in mind for Babe.

Meanwhile, Dean’s trial is approaching and Roxy is furious to discover Ronnie has asked him to plead guilty. Elsewhere, Denise avoids Kush after they spend the night together.

how does Andy Sugden leave after THAT Chrissie White showdown?

Emmerdale fans have watched things fall apart spectacularly for Andy Sugden over recent weeks as Chrissie White vengefully framed him for Lawrence’s shooting. Now he’s on the run from the law and Chrissie has put on the performance of a lifetime to convince police that she is in serious danger.
As Andy flees, the net is closing in and with Kelvin Fletcher looking set to depart the show, just how will Andy’s story end after 20 years?
There is still big drama to come as fans of Andy will for him to get his happy ever after but with scheming Chrissie determined to destroy him, things are looking bleak for him!

LawBreakers Videos: Vanguard: Boss Key Tips

Emmerdale: So how does Andy Sugden leave after Chrissie White showdown?

Chrissie has painted Andy as the most dangerous man in the Dales so as the police step up their pursuit of him, it’s highly likely that he will be unable to evade them for much longer. If he is caught, Andy will be facing an even longer stretch than before – and we could be saying a very unjust farewell as the cell door closes…
On the run?

Perhaps Andy can beat the soap police and do what the likes of Amy Wyatt and Kim Tate did before him – disappear without a trace. With nowhere else to run, time is running out but there is still a chance that Andy can avoid jail. It would mean doing a Kirin and being a fugitive but at least he’d be kind of free

The Unluckiest Athletes In The History Of The Olympic Games = 2

17. Roy Jones

The biggest shock in Olympic boxing history occurred at Seoul 1988 when American Roy Jones Jr was denied gold following a highly controversial decision by the judges. The judges who awarded Jones’s Korean rival Park Si-Hun the win were later suspended after it was discovered they had been wined and dined by South Korean officials. Poor old Roy.

16. Wym Essajas

During the 1960 games in Rome, Wym Essajas became the first ever athlete from Suriname to participate in an Olympics games. However, this huge honor soon turned into shame when Essajas’ coach, Fred Glans, told Wym the wrong start time, causing him to sleep all the way through the 800m race. He would never compete in another Olympics…

15. Dorando Pietri

In the 1908 London Olympics, Italian Dorando Pietri was leading in the marathon but he was disoriented and exhausted. He started the final lap in the wrong direction, and collapsed multiple times on the lap. After getting up by himself several times, he was eventually helped across the finish line by doctors. The assistance unfortunately led to his disqualification, and Pietri eventually blamed his failure on eating too muchsteak for breakfast.

14. Annemiek van Vleuten

Another hard-to-watch moment from this year’s games, this time from 33-year-old Dutch cyclist, Annemiek van Vleuten. After pulling clear with 10km to go, it looked like victory a win for Holland was certain. That was until Vleuten came off her bike on a sharp turn while travelling at speed down the Vista Chinesa descent. After landing on her head and neck, she lay motionless until she was finally rushed to hospital. She suffered a severe concussion and three small fractures in her lower back.

13. Greg Louganis

In the Seoul 1988 Olympics, Greg Louganis suffered concussion after whacking his head during a manoeuvre. Despite the mammoth fail, Louganis went on to win the gold medals in the 3-meter and 10-meter diving competitions in the next two Olympics. Turns out hitting your head might not be such a bad thing after all.

The Unluckiest Athletes In The History Of The Olympic Games

The Unluckiest Athletes In The History Of The Olympic Games

**********************************

**************************************
To climb the podium and win medals at the illustrious Olympic games requires super-human levels of skill, an extreme dedication to your sport, and sometimes just a little LUCK. There are a few athletes, however, whose time at the games demonstrated that they were severely lacking in the latter category.
From dangerous falls, to getting stuck behind toilet doors, to some truly gruesome accidents, the following is a list of the unluckiest athletes ever to compete in the Olympic games. And please, don’t blame me if your Olympic ambitions are well and truly extinguished after looking at these fails.

20. Samir Ait Said

This year’s games in Rio has already seen its fair share of bad luck, when French gymnast Samir Ait Said landed awkwardly after his release from the vault, snapping his leg and leaving the bone clearly out of place. To make matters worse, the 26-year-old was forced to miss the London 2012 games after fracturing his leg in three places during the European Championships. To top things off, the paramedics in Rio DROPPED him whilst transporting him on stretcher into the ambulance. Now that is bad luck!

19. Mary Decker

During the women’s 3000m race at the 1984 Olympics, South African Zola Budd tried to move in front of American Mary Decker, despite not having enough room to do so. The two collided, causing Decker to take a nasty fall that ruled her out of the race. The American was carried off the track in tears and never went on to win an Olympic medal. Budd continued to lead for a while, but eventually finished seventh amid a stadium of boos.
Years later, Budd stated that she deliberately slowed down, because she couldn’t face collecting a medal in front of the hostile crowd. When Budd apologized after the race, Decker responded; “Don’t bother!”

18. Janos Baranyai

Hungarian weightlifter Janos Baranyai had trained most of his life in order to enter the Olympic games. However, when the then-24-year-old was competing in his Olympic debut at the 2008 games in Beijing, his hopes of leaving with a gold medal were shattered. Baranyai was attempting to snatch 148kg in his third lift in the men’s 77kg division, when his elbow dislocated out of its socket and bent backwards. He was taken to the local hospital and hasn’t been seen at an Olympics since.

International Left-Handers Day is today, so here's everything you need to know

Left-handed people are the minority group when it comes to handedness, and if you're one, you're probably celebrating International Left-Handers Day .
Held annually on August 13, it marks a day when between 10-30% of the world population get to blow their own trumpets - as long as they're left-handed trumpets.
Other common items which you might see in left- and right-handed variations include golf clubs, scissors, pencil sharpeners, knives, tin openers and cork screws.
If you're in the same handedness gang as Barack Obama, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Noel Gallagher and Prince William you're probably well-versed in leftie facts.

  • But if you're feeling left out by right-thinking people, here are some great facts to have at your finger tips.

Left handed men may make more money

    GettyLeft handies
Money: US billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates is left handed
According to studies, left handed males who have gone to university earn 13% more than their right-handed counterparts.
Oddly though the results are quite different for women, with lefties earning 5% less than women who are right handed.

    Half of cats are left-handed

Lefties may be under-represented in humans but our furry friends are more than making up for it.
Around 50% of cats are left-handed (or should that be left-pawed), according to research.

    You could die sooner

According to a study lefties live around nine years less than their right-handed counterparts. Unlucky.
    GettyLeft handies
Left: US President Barack Obama signs the H.R. 1138 Sawtooth National Recreation Area and Jerry Peak Wilderness Additions Act with his left hand

Higher risk of insomnia, psychosis and alcoholism

South-paws are more prone to have allergies and migraines, and research suggests that they are also more likely to become alcoholics. It's because the right side of the brain has a lower tolerance to alcohol.
Also, Yale University researchers concluded that around 40 % of schizophrenic patients were left-handed, with theories suggesting that brain laterality plays a role.

    Creative powerhouses

    GettyLeft handies
Not right: Noel Gallagher performs and is left handed
Lefties are better at multi-tasking and make especially good sportsmen - Rafael Nadal and Cesc Fàbregas are ones.
And lefties also tend to be drawn to careers in the arts, music and culture fields.
They are also better at 3D perception and thought processing.
Tests conducted by New York researches found that there were more left-handed people with IQs over 140 than right-handed people. Famous left-handed intellectuals include Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, and Benjamin Franklin.

    Many leaders are lefties

    GettyLeft handies
South paw: Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, is a lefty
Leaders throughout history are more likely to be left-handed.
US Presidents to be left-handed include current leader Barack Obama and former White House chiefs Bill Clinton, George Bush and Gerald Ford.
Lefties in the British royal family include the Queen Mother, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and Prince William.

    Quicker typers

On a keyboard, there are around 1447 English words typed solely with the left hand - whereas only 187 are typed with the right.

    Left-handed people scare more easily

    Getty
Horror could spook you even more if you're a left-leaner
In a horror movie experiment, left-handers who watched an eight-minute clip from The Silence of the Lambs showed more fear than right-handers.
Scientists believe that this may be because the right side of the brain is dominant in lefties and is more involved in fear responses.

    Unclean

In many Islamic countries, people are forbidden to eat with their left hand, which is considered “unclean” because it is used for cleaning the body after going to the loo.
Apparently “public display” or use of the left hand is also against the law in some Islamic countries, including Saudi Arabia.

Jamie Vardy must be protected by referees, says Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri

Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri has called on Premier League referees to protect Jamie Vardy after predicting his star striker will be a marked man for defenders this season.
Ranieri believes opponents could foul Vardy in an effort to prevent him repeating the heroics of last season, when his 24 goals helped his side to a fairytale title triumph.
************************

His astonishing season was crucial to Leicester’s success, and Ranieri wants referees to look out for a crude approach from defenders to stopping him during his side’s title defence.
“I hope the referees are very attentive and if there is something wrong they give penalties or free-kicks,” said Ranieri.

Vardy could be joined in the Leicester attack today by Ahmed Musa as the champions begin their season with a lunchtime game at newly-promoted Hull City.
The Nigerian was identified as a possible understudy and long-term replacement for Vardy, but Ranieri believes the pair can operate together and Musa, Leicester’s £16 million record signing, can share the goalscoring burden.
It’s important to have another player who can play in a similar way to Jamie,” said Ranieri.
“Also Musa can play in a wide position, behind Jamie or alongside Jamie.
“It’s important to have a good choice for me so I can choose the first XI line-up and also during the match I can read the match and maybe say ‘I need this kind of player or another’.
“My players must be ready to do what I expect.”
