fitness routine to lose weight # 14 Ways to Lose Weight Faster

fitness routine to lose weight # 14 Ways to Lose Weight Faster

number 1

Clock more aerobic cardio. Any activity that permits you to talk but makes it difficult to carry out long conversations (i.e. aerobic exercise) is a secret weapon for weight loss

 number 2

Actually work. Going through the motions won't help you lose weight even if you half-ass it for 45 minutes

number  3

Fluctuate between different intensities. When you change things up, every system of the body has to adapt, explains Franci Cohen

number  4

Do not fear weights. While lifting weights won't necessarily burn fat, it will build muscle

number  5

Exhaust whatever muscle you're working. That burning sensation you get in your thighs after doing lots of lunges

number  6

Alternate between working different muscle groups. Also known as cross-training

number  7

Stop wasting time between exercises. Bathroom breaks and other excuses for dillydallying give your heart rate

number  8

Relax with the marathon workouts. You might feel like a rock star when you double up on fitness classes or outlast the girl on the next elliptica

number  9

Engage your core during every exercise. Most exercises involve your core in some capacity

number  10

Stand on something besides the floor. When you stand on a Bosu ball, trampoline, or balance beam

number  11

Do a HIIT workout once or twice a week

number  12

Try a different cardio machine. Your 30-minute cardio session will feel like a 45-er if you choose a machine you're not used

number  13

Plan your playlists strategically. Assuming you have some semblance of rhythm and the ability to adjust your pace to the bea

number  14

Forget about the scale. While you might think you want to lose "weight," what you really want to lose is fat

invented the black box,David Warren may never be a household name

black box,

These days, one of the first things investigators look for in a plane crash is the  black box  flight recorder.

black box,

Given the media attention surrounding these events, it's not surprising the general public is aware of the term black box and understands how important the device is.

black box,

Yet, despite the wide use of the term, and the fact the technology has saved hundreds if not thousands of lives, many people are unaware that the black box was invented in Australia.

Even fewer know the name of the black box's Australian inventor.

A 50-year wait for recognition

David Warren was first officially recognised in 1999, and in 2002 was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia  AO  for his "service to the aviation industry, particularly through the early conceptual work and prototype development of the black box flight data recorder

The lapse of time since he first documented the idea in 1954 is hard to explain.

And that, more than anything else probably contributed to the lapse of 50 years before he was officially recognised

David's daughter Jenny Warren, puts it this way: "Part of the difficulty with recognising Dad is that he did argue with the system. He argued with people, and he felt that people or the system as it stood — suppressed him.

Another reason for his lack of recognition is the fact that David Warren worked for the Aeronautical Research Laboratory  ARL now part of the Defence Science and Technology Group, for most of his career, from 1952 to 1981.

Bill Schofield was a former director of the Aeronautical and Maritime Research Laboratory and spent 37 years at DSTO.

When asked why it took so long for David Warren to be recognised, his first response is That's not a scientific question that I can answer, actually

They are also thankful that it happened before David died in 2010, and that he got to see his invention mandated in commercial planes all over the world.

"For many scientists and people of vision, their visions aren't necessarily brought to fruition in their lifetime and he was very lucky that this one particular vision was   says Peter Warren.

Mr Schofield describes the black box as  one of the most important developments Australia's ever made

Air flight around the world is doubling every 10 years. The absolute number of people killed in commercial air crashes continues to reduce to very small numbers  he said

The new game, as rumored, is titled Shadow of War.

with the first gameplay slated to arrive on March 8.

Like Shadow of Mordor, Shadow of War is developed by Monolith Productions. Talion and Celebrimbor return from the first game; they must "go behind enemy lines to forge an army and turn all of Mordor against the Dark Lord, Sauron." The first game's praised Nemesis System also returns.

Shadow of War's updated Nemesis System features an element called "Followers." These are characters that will add "entirely new stories of loyalty, betrayal, and revenge." The Nemesis System from the first game was a gameplay system that allowed enemies to remember every encounter with the player. The enemies also have different personalities.

"In Middle-earth: Shadow of War, players wield a new Ring of Power and confront the deadliest of enemies, including Sauron and his Nazgul, in a monumental battle for Middle-earth. The open-world action-adventure game is brought to life through the expansion of the award-winning Nemesis System. The robust personalization from the first game is now applied to the entire world where the environments and characters are all shaped by player actions and decisions, creating a personal world unique to every gameplay experience.

Boy survives (10-year ) Australian has survived a deadliest spiders one of the world

He was having seizures and sweat was dripping off him, his mother said.
Matthew was given 12 vials of antivenom, a record according to Australian Reptile Park general manager Tim Faulkner.
"I've never heard of it, it's incredible," he told AAP on Friday.
"To walk out of hospital a day later with no effects is a testament to the antivenom."

An average funnel-web bite usually requires three to five vials of antivenom.
The male funnel-web is five times more venomous than the female, Mr Faulkner said, describing Matthew's bite as "significant".
"It would have been a fatal bite (without antivenom) there's little to no doubt of that," he said.

Are Giant Oarfish Warning Of An earthquakes strike the Philippines ?

Giant oarfish have been washing up on the shores of the Philippines in unusually high numbers over the last few weeks, and they are apparently making appearances just before earthquakes strike the country.

For example, earlier this month, there was a powerful 6.5M quake that killed a handful of people in the archipelago, and some outlets are reporting that an oarfish emerged onshore just beforehand.

The world’s longest bony fish have a reputation for precognition in some cultures, and as such, some are interpreting their deathly visits to the beaches of the Philippines as warnings of imminent, earth-shattering events.

how to recognize a liar of his eyes ?

how to recognize a liar of his eyes ?

It has been said that "the eyes are the mirror if the soul." Many people know that their eyes betray their lies. Some try to conceal the truth by wearing sunglasses of looking down at the ground.

Eventually, you will confront someone and need to know if they are being honest. It may be a friend, a family member or an employee. Police have established a method of evaluating the truthfulness of a person by watching the movements of their eyes. It's not an exact science by any means, and it can be manipulated by a skilled criminal or a seasoned liar, but is it generally accepted as a good indicator of honesty.

How to use this information to detect a lie?

Police often ask a suspect to describe someone in detail. If the suspect looks to their right (your left) they are generally constructing or "making up" the visual description. If they look to their left (your right) they are generally recalling the details from their visual memory.

So, in general, a glance to your left when observing a person indicates that they are creating or "lying" while a glance to your right signifies that they are remembering an actual event, or being "truthful

Bear in mind that the eye signals you will read about are not 100% accurate

Tasmanian artist Max Angus dies at 102

Tasmanian artist Max Angus dies at 102

He passed away this week.

Angus was best known for his watercolour landscapes depicting locations like Lake Pedder in the state's south-west.

From a young age, Angus felt comfortable with a paintbrush in his hand.

His father was a house painter and decorator who brought home wallpaper scraps for his son to sketch on

By 1931, the teenage artist was working as a sign writer and studying art at the Hobart Technical College.

In 1978, he was awarded the Order of Australia.

A decade later he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London.

It was not until 2006 that he had his first solo exhibition at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.

He was one of the first to receive the Tasmanian Government art award the following year.

"I'm overwhelmed, I think everybody that's got their name on this list this morning would feel the same," he said.

A humble Tasmanian whose work will be remembered for generations.

Geneva Motor Show # = SPECIALI V10 SUPERCAR TO DEBUT

Geneva Motor Show SPECIALI V10 SUPERCAR TO DEBUT

The company is now all set to launch its very own first ever V10 supercar. The car was in development from the past few months and it was rumored that it will be revealed soon.

Now the company has announced it’s self that they will be doing the reveal at the Geneva Motor Show. The Geneva Motor show will start from 7th March and will be ending on 19th March this year.

Thus it’s a wait of a few days only till you will be able to see this beautifully design super car with super awesome efficiency.

The car will be offering a new marque by Italdesign which is called as Automobili Speciali. It will have a starting price of £1.3 million but we are looking towards somewhat close to £2 million after the addition of various features in the car. The personalization options will surely cost a lot in this case.

The company is aiming for this car to be a collector’s item. This is the reason that it will be a limited edition model. Only 5 units of the said car will be produced which will be sold to 5 lucky owners once they go on sale, according to AutoCar.

According to Italdesign they are looking forward to have their first finished product somewhere in the end of current year. This means that one luck person will become the owner of this car pretty soon.

Clad in a carbon fiber body, this mid-engine sports car will be limited to five units. The striking looks of this low slung two-seater are inspired by aerodynamics and traditional Italian style. “The exterior is characterized by two sides of the same medal,” said Filippo Perini, who heads innovative design for the firm. “Above the tornado line, the outlines are distinctly softer and smoother in keeping with the Italian Gran Turismo tradition. The lower part is modeled from aerodynamics. To achieve the performance we had in mind, we had to dare beyond all limits from styling and even purely technical points of view. The outcome ensures extremely high impact without ever being design

A NASA engineer's plan | Live on Mars has become possible

A NASA engineer's plan | Live on Mars has become possible

The pioneering professor in engineering at the University of Southern California has been working with NASA on the possibility of building a colony on Mars since 2011.

You're not the first person to suggest building on Mars. What makes your plans better?

When I read about the moon and Mars -- the conditions, the habitats -- I realized that almost all of the existing ideas involved taking materials and components from Earth and building with those materials.

Does the weaker gravity on Mars pose a problem?

The gravity on Mars is a third of that on Earth, and the moon's is a sixth. But actually that's beside the point, because my 3D printing processes don't depend on gravity. The printers extrude by force, with pressure

Before we start building, what will the robots need to set up?

On Earth, there would be people to install the 3D printers, connect them to an energy line of some sort -- like a power grid. But in space, it all has to be done autonomously

What's the time frame for all this?

I believe building in space is going to become commonplace in less than 50 years. There's an abundance of energy and materials (in space) -- all we have to do is design self-replicating factories and build a lot of objects. In a short time, our capability to manufacture in space will be many times what we can do on Earth.

Flooding, evacuations rock drenched Northern California and series of storms

SALINAS, Calif. — The atmospheric river walloping California with drenching rains and gale-force winds eased Tuesday after forcing thousands of residents to flee their homes as rivers and creeks swelled to dangerous levels.

The series of storms, which dumped up to 10 inches of rain on Southern California late last week, roared through Northern California on Monday. San Francisco was slammed with almost 2 inches of rain; some areas in the mountains got more than 6 inches. One wind gust reached 199 mph.

In Monterey County, rising waters in the Carmel River, Santa Rita Creek and other waterways forced evacuation of several communities. In Salinas, about 100 miles south of San Francisco, a mandatory evacuation remained in effect for 1,000 people Tuesday. Bolsa Knolls community resident George Quintero said flood waters at one point reached his waist.

"Just six inches of water can sweep you off your feet if it's flowing the right speed," said Loomis. "You don't know what's underneath the water and you don't know what's inside it."

Winds howled — a gust of 199 mph was measured atop Ward Mountain at the Alpine Meadows ski resort late Monday evening, the National Weather Service said. The ski area was closed Tuesday due to avalanche danger and continuing high winds, which averaged over 100 mph Tuesday morning.

Meteorologists placed part of the blame on atmospheric rivers — ribbons of water vapor extending thousands of miles from the tropics to the western USA. They fueled the massive rainstorms and subsequent floods that have battered California and much of the West Coast for weeks.

Snap starts selling Spectacles online for $130

nap starts selling Spectacles online for $130

Snap wants to prove to investors in its upcoming IPO that Spectacles can earn money for its business, not just be a brand stunt. So today, Snap begins selling its video-recording sunglasses Spectacles openly online for $129.99 in the U.S. at Spectacles.com. Previously it only dispensed them from Snapbot vending machines in surprise locations and its NYC pop-up store for the last three months.

Snap has now closed that pop-up, and tells me “Snapbots will continue to land in surprising locations around the U.S. following a brief “nap”  Buyers should expect to wait two to four weeks for their Spectacles to ship, and households are limited to 6 pairs. People can also now buy $49.99 charging cases and $9.99 charging cords from Snap, which will no longer be sold on Amazon.

As for why Snap is expanding Spectacles beyond its buzzy limited release strategy, a spokesperson explains:

“As Evan shared in his interview with the WSJ, when we launched, the idea was : ‘We’re going to take a slow approach to rolling them out,’ says Spiegel. ‘It’s about us figuring out if it fits into people’s lives and seeing how they like it.’ Response has been positive since November’s launch so we’re now happy to be able to make Spectacles more readily available — especially for those in the US who have not been able to make it to a Snapbot.”

Snap doesn’t necessarily need to make money directly from Spectacles if it can use them to get more people creating and watching Snaps. But showing it can earn real revenue from hardware could bolster confidence in its public offering. Now the question is what camera this “Camera Company” will release next.

Power Company Sends Fire-Spewing Drone to Burn Trash

The drones are being used by an electric power maintenance company in China to get rid of plastic bags and other debris that get caught in places that are hard to reach with a human in a cherrypicker

So when you see headlines like “It’s only a matter of time before a drone kills someone,” it’s important to remember that that time has already come. Let’s not sugarcoat it. We haven’t heard reports about anyone burned to death by this particular style of drone, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened yet.

Furthermore, Canon has a lot of options to offer when it comes to DSLR without 4K capability. The company would like to focus on these Canon DSLR models for they are also mirrorless which is equipped with Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth. Proving that they are still focused on innovation, these Canon DSLR cameras feature a 45 cross-type optical viewfinder giving a precise focus just for their customers.

$40,000 testing this drone to see how fast it could get village in Peru

$40,000 testing this drone to see how fast it could get village in Peru

A single unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV could dart over the lush canopy with a vial of lifesaving anti-venom, and a nonprofit called WeRobotics is trying to make that a reality. Last September, the company, which aims to use technology for humanitarian purposes, started testing drones that might be able to deliver small emergency supplies, like anti-venom, on that Pampa Hermosa-Contamana run.

But the initial testing, in December, which WeRobotics describes in a report released Monday, was off to a rocky start. WeRobotics had acquired a specialized cargo drone that can land and take off vertically, a useful ability in a region where large open spaces are rare. The large drone can carry a roughly 5 pound payload and range as far as 37 miles. It's an impressive robot.

The only problem was that the $40,000 rig wouldn't fly once WeRobotics set it up in Contamana. "It was incredibly depressing. We were like, holy cow, this is a complete disaster," says Patrick Meier, a co-founder of WeRobotics, which is funded mainly by grants and donations.

The team had another drone with it, an old flier strapped together with duct tape and originally designed for mapping and aerial imagery work. "Our Peruvian flying labs team just happened to have this old, beat-up mapping drone," Meier says. It's a lot smaller and can carry only a quarter of the weight the other drone can, but it worked. All the team did was yank out the camera, replace it with a vial of anti-venom and launch it off in the afternoon for the Pampa Hermosa-Contamana test flight. It got to Pampa Hermosa in just over half an hour, and it flew back that night

Migrants Choose Arrest In Canada Over Staying In U.S.A

Migrants Choose Arrest In Canada Over Staying In U.S.A

Royal Canadian Mounted Police are reporting a flurry of illegal crossings into Canada in recent months. Officials say Quebec province has seen the highest influx of people seeking asylum, with many crossing in snowy, remote areas in northern New York.

One illegal crossing area that has become particularly popular among immigrants is in Champlain, N.Y., in the northeast corner of the state.

At the end of Roxham Road, there's a big dead end and a "Road Closed" sign — but there's also a very heavily trafficked, trodden route through the snow that goes over into Canada. From the ditch, the border is about 15 feet away, and the Mounties — the Canadian police — wait on their side for those who will cross the border next.

People who work with immigrants in Canada say these border-jumpers would rather be arrested in Canada than live in fear of how U.S. officials might handle their cases.

"There's quite an increase in people walking through illegally," says Cpl. Camille Habel, spokeswoman with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

"Once that we do all our checks and that we can confirm that they're not a threat to national security, we hand them over to [the Canadian Border Service Agency] who then start the immigration process," Habel says

When can I start work after being sick?

Have you ever been decked in the flu or coated with an irritable cold who refuse to give up?
As you've probably asked yourself the question: "When is it okay to go back to work?"

According to a new survey by YouGov going 7 of 10 Swedes to work despite being ill.

In the best of worlds, we would stay home till we are completely symptom-free, but few people have that opportunity. So, when is it reasonable to return to work after example a flu?

- The flu is most contagious just before you get sick and when you are as risigast. Starting to feel better and do not have a fever anymore so it should also infect less,

It is thus up to you to determine if you are keen enough to go to work or not. Being runny and TROUBLED WITH A COUGH can thus be perfectly okay as long as you are careful, for example, cough or sneeze into your elbow and wash hands often.

So we get these winter plagues "
But it is important to keep in mind that you may still be contagious, even if you feel better.

- It's so all this spread. It is not possible for anyone to isolate themselves as long as they have symptoms and then we get these winter pests, says Carnahan.

People who have a physically demanding job or working in the care of vulnerable people should however be more careful.

The flu usually lasts for 4-5 days, but fatigue can remain in the body for several weeks. Although colds contagious just before you become ill and most in the first days. Then drops infectiousness.

And remember: If, for example, the flu or colds are resting the absolute best medicine. Without it, you risk pulling out the illness.

Rumor was crowned America's top dog Tuesday night when, a year after a near miss, she came out of retirement to win best in show at the Westminster Kennel Club.

There were nearly 2,800 dogs entered in the 141st Westminster canine competition, spread across the 202 eligible breeds and varieties.

Cheered loudly all around the ring by a packed crowd at Madison Square Garden, and clearly the crowd favorite, she's just the second German shepherd to win the event that began in 1877.

Honda Civic ( $22,135 ) has been restored to its previous glory

Honda Civic ( $22,135 ) has been restored to its previous glory

Recently, Honda dropped off the latest variant of its hot-selling compact — the Civic Sport — for Business Insider to check out.

Our Civic Sport came with no optional extras, which meant the $22,135 base price is also our as-tested price.

Armed with a gutsy-yet-buttery-smooth four-cylinder engine and an affordable price tag, along with

a simple, high-quality, and thoughtfully executed interior

the Civic has, over the years, proven itself to be a fan favorite for those looking for something fun

A potent track weapon when called upon. In other words, the Honda Civic had something to offer to just about anyone looking for a car

Speaking of 9th-generation interiors, Honda's attempt at a futuristic two-tier instrument cluster looks awkward and is complex purely for the sake of complexity

For 2016, Honda addressed many of the 9th-generation Civic's short comings. However, all is not perfect.

First, the new Civic's rear end design is somewhat controversial. Its fastback roofline slopes down towards a trunk, instead of a hatch like on an Audi A7. Which means you get the diminished headroom of the sloping roofline without any of the added functionality of a hatch

Then there's the Civic's new infotainment system. While the graphics and overall presentation is solid, it's difficult to use. The layout and user interface is convoluted and complex. In addition, Honda replaced all physical buttons on its infotainment system with touch-sensitive versions. While it certainly looks sleek, it's infuriatingly imprecise to use. I have yet to come across a manufacturer that's mastered the touch-sensitive panel. Honda joins that list. However, the system is available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — which are its saving graces here

All of this brings us to our 2017 Honda Civic Hatch Sport test car. Here it is clad in a Darth Vader-esque Crystal Black paint job with black 18-inch wheels. For me, this is the Civic that Honda has needed to build all along

To drive, the Civic Sport feels nimble and peppy. The combination of turbocharged engine and six-speed stick shift mesh together like Michael and Scottie. Due to its small displacement, the 1.5-liter engine requires a little work to pinpoint its torque curve. As for handling, the Civic Sport's suspension is setup more for comfortable daily driving than track work. If you're looking for a hardcore track-day special, wait for a hotter Civic Si or Type R variant. In normal operation, the Civic Sport is expected to return 30 mpg on fuel economy in city driving and 39 mpg on the highway, according to the EPA

Overall, the Honda Civic is back! For me, the Civic Sport is a throwback. It handles with poise and accelerates with fervor while also serving up traditional Honda levels of build quality and fuel economy. In other words, it drives like a Civic should

Tragedy of a woman destroyed by viral sex videos : Tiziana's death

Tragedy of a woman destroyed by viral sex videos : Tiziana's death

In April 2015, the 31-year-old from Mugnano, on the outskirts of Naples, sent a series of sex videos to five people via WhatsApp. The recipients included her boyfriend Sergio Di Palo, with whom she had an unstable relationship.
The videos showed her performing sex acts with a number of unidentified men.

Who posted the videos?
There is a sad paradox at the heart of Tiziana Cantone's death. By taking her own life, she drew even more attention to the videos she hoped everyone might forget.
Her mother has forced herself to watch the tapes.
"You can only imagine what it is like. I wanted to see details that would allow me to understand the truth. That was not my Tiziana," she says, convinced that her daughter was under the effect of drugs.

The words suggested an uninhibited young woman, who enjoyed being filmed during sex. By accident, the phrase gave viewers licence to watch the video without reservations: if she was so happy to be filmed, she wouldn't mind them watching.
But Italians did more than watch. Users soon turned her comment into a meme-worthy punchline. Her image appeared on t-shirts and parody websites.
No-one seemed to worry what the subject herself might think as she seemed so pleased about it.
But this was a profound misunderstanding.

Ms Cantone decided to fight back. But there was no immediate way to get the videos taken down.
She took the case to court, arguing the tapes were uploaded to public sites without her consent. By this time, she was no longer able to live a normal life.
"She didn't want to go out as people would recognise her. She realised that the virtual world and the real world were the same thing," Teresa explains.
"She understood at some point that the situation would never be resolved; that a potential husband, her potential children could find those videos; that they would never disappear."

Mother and daughter lived together. In happier times, Tiziana listened to Italian singers, read novels and played the piano. But after the intimate videos were shared online, she withdrew.
"Her life was ruined, in front of everyone," says her mother. "People made fun of her, parodies ended up on pornographic websites. She was called shameful names."
In September, a court in Naples ordered the intimate videos to be removed from several websites and search engines. But the court also ordered her to pay €20,000 (£17,200, $21,600) in legal costs.

In the aftermath of Tiziana Cantone's suicide, the tone of Italy's debate about pornography and privacy has changed.
"I think this case did make a difference, quite drastically, to the way that Italian journalists talk about these cases of revenge porn," says social commentator Selvaggia Lucarelli.
"They used to have a very carefree approach, and her death changed it. In subsequent cases, one of them involving a celebrity, they were a lot more cautious."
But there is also a lesson for anyone who chooses to share intimate videos online.
"People think that their virtual life and their real life are parallel realities," warns Ms Lucarelli. "They're not. They coincide. The web is our life. So anything that you don't do in real life you shouldn't do online."

A couple from California 50-Year-Old Secret Beneath Their New Home

A couple from California 50-Year-Old Secret Beneath Their New Home

When Colleen and Chris Otcasek purchased a new house in Woodland Hills, California, they had no idea what they were really buying. Sure, they got the walk-in closets, the stupendously appointed kitchen, and the grand dining room that they had been looking for: but there was something else on the property

The ladder into the shelter went down a perilous 15 feet into the earth. It was a bit rusted and looked as though it hadn’t been used for decades. As they descended the ladder and approached the thick, metal door, they wondered what they might find in the bunker. After all, it had been a long since the Cold War…

At the end of World War II, the Soviet Union and the United States were vying for control of Europe. Despite the remaining Allies’ best efforts, the Soviets were gaining power and developing their own nuclear weapons, much like the ones the U.S. had used to decimate Nagasaki and Hiroshima and win the war. The mere presence of these weapons of mass destruction started a war of posturing and propaganda that lasted throughout most of the 20th Century

Porsche 911 Carrera is everything a sports car

Porsche 911 Carrera is everything a sports car

For some, the 911 has always been an odd-looking car, what with its bulbous rear end and bug-like headlights. But over the decades — the first 911 arrived way back in 1963 — the idiosyncratic rear-engine design has been continuously refined. The eighth generation of the sports car is perhaps the best-looking iteration, although all true 911 lovers have their favorite version.

But of course, it's still distinctively Porsche. The real challenge with this car has always been that the rear end is an unusual place to put the motor, at least by modern standards. For over 50 years, Porsche has designed around this issue.

The rear spoiler can be extended and retracted manually, and it will also automatically extend at higher speeds. The idea is to improve downforce and handling, but you probably won't notice a difference at the legal speed limit.

The dual exhaust is finished off with chrome. From these pipes emanates the unmistakable song of the legendary flat-six engine, a 3.0-liter powerplant that makes 370 horsepower with 331 pound-feet or torque.

The 911 has a bit more road presence that its ancestors, but it still isn't very big, tipping the scales at just over 3,000 lbs.

The Porsche infotainment system has been recently upgraded, with a full rollout on the New Panamera sedan. All the expected features are present and accounted for: satellite radio, Bluetooth integration, a touchscreen, and USB and AUX ports for devices.

Amazing amenities aren’t limited to land-based luxury

In the ever-escalating world of high-end, hydrodynamic homes, a new superyacht promises some fantastic features.

Norway-based firm Hareide Design has unveiled plans for what may be the most perfect vessel for riding the high seas in style.

The concept yacht, which spans 108 meters (354 feet), includes a heliport, an infinity pool that flanks a tranquility garden, an additional triangular pool at the bow and a grand hall, ideal for hosting your own TED Talk or the most awesome, and aquatic, session of karaoke

The superyacht’s defining feature, however, may be at the stern of the vessel—the designers have created a faux beachfront where passengers can dip their toes in salt water that laps upon the simulated shore.

How was the motor speed on 1894 to 1914

How was the motor speed on 1894 to 1914

pre-WWI, WWI to WWII and the already-published segment from WWII until now. This is article covers the earliest period from the first cars through to WW1. The nature of the data available means we've had to rely on disparate data points and some ballpark figures in tracing the early development of the fastest road cars, making it less clinical than our look at the cars of the modern era, but no less fascinating

AeroWagen:The Chevrolet Corvette the C7 Wagon Is Here

AeroWagen:The Chevrolet Corvette the C7 Wagon Is Here

When we published a look at the AeroWagen sneak preview, sentiments were somewhat polarized but leaned more toward "put it in my driveway now," with only a hint of "not a chance in hell" sprinkled in. Most commenters seemed to dig its combination of sportiness and added practicality. And now those folks that dig it enough finally have the chance to own it.

While the AeroWagen's stretched cabin is a dramatic visual departure, Callaway's package is fairly simple. It doesn't make any changes to the chassis or interior and even keeps the targa roof intact and operational.

The AeroWagen conversion—which is available on any Callaway custom Corvette or any unmodified C7, including the Grand Sport and the Z06—is straightforward, just as Callaway said it would be when it revealed the project before the C7 even went on sale. It replaces the standard car’s hatchback with the redesigned AeroWagen assembly, which incorporates wraparound rear glass with a defroster element. The unit bolts on and requires no other modifications, and the hatchback’s functionality is retained, as is that of the targa top. Callaway says the conversion can be done at its facilities in Connecticut or California as well as at its partner retailers.

Needless to say, the conversion doesn't put any additional seats under that heightened rear cabin. Callaway says the frame and running gear hinder that possibility, so it's a two-seater with extra cargo space in back.

The AeroWagen package is available for the full range of Corvette coupes, everything from your stock C7 to Callaway's own offerings, which include the 627-hp SC627 Stingray and Grand Sport models and the 757-hp SC757 Z06.

Vivo reveals the V5 Plus : sports 20MP camera

Vivo reveals the V5 Plus , sports 20MP camera

You know that Chinese smartphone companies are big on cramming in as many features as possible — without placing too much importance on the design and form factor, but things have started to change. In fact, companies like Vivo have began to be more impressive with their offerings, and even as recent as December last year, we saw the introduction of the Vivo V5 that comes with a 20MP camera. That might not sound too special at all, but the 20MP camera is located in front, now how about that? Less than a quarter into the new year, and Vivo intends to outdo itself with the introduction of the Vivo V5 Plus, which will feature not one, but two cameras in front!
I suppose the age of selfies with a bokeh effect is going to catch on sooner or later, and you have a China-based company leading the way this time around. It is interesting to note that the Vivo V5 Plus is a smartphone that has been co-engineered with Sony, where it features a 20MP front camera
