How did the jeans industry start and develop?

Jeans remain one of the most interesting garments of all time, as this type of clothing creates an emotional bond with the wearer. Kara Nicholas of the historic Con Denim Factory says, "Jeans are very personal thanks to their color, so once you start wearing them, it makes an impact on your personal makeup. It's something you wear over time and takes on the shape of the body and personality."

The White Oak factory of the Con Denim Factory in Greensboro, North Carolina, which produces all of the company's original denim and has owned a family of American Draper X3 machines since 1940, will celebrate its 101st anniversary on April 20. Denim is the cotton fabric, which is often blue, and jeans are made from it.

Nicholas says that the production of original denim began in the eighties of the last century, “when people started collecting high-quality jeans and the idea of trying to compete or imitate the original jeans grew. We always look to the same jeans from the beginning of the last century until the end of the last century, to be a source of inspiration for us and to experiment with threads and methods of design different

Jeans have become a staple in the world of fashion since the pleated-up pants trend, through the wide Bell Bottoms pants, to the trend of skinny jeans (designed by the French designer Hedi Slimane during his time at Dior Homme at the beginning of the current century), that is, since the middle of the century Twenty.

Levi Strauss is a partner in the idea of blue jeans, which was invented in 1873, following the California gold rush, which began two decades before that date.
