Born on his sixth birthday discovers

The family has cancer

Family reveal on Facebook that 'there are no treatment options available'

BRAVE footy mascot Bradley Lowery has another tumour in his neck, his devastated family have revealed.

The sad news came just a day after the devoted Sunderland fan celebrated his sixth birthday with his “best mate” Jermain Defoe at a bash.

His family posted a message on Facebook about how “there are no treatment options available for Bradley now

It read: “Unfortunately we have found another lump on his neck that is getting bigger very quickly and Bradley’s consultant believes it is yet another tumour.

I appreciate everyone who does any fundraising no matter how little or big, no matter how much is raised for Bradley which will now go into his foundation to support other families.

Thank you to everyone for all your kind messages of support and wishing my superstar a happy birthday.

“Thank you to my team I have helping me out going to events on behalf of Bradley and answering messages

Bradley is fighting against debilitating neuroblastoma — but that did not stop him enjoying his birthday party on Friday night

The event, which featured fire-eaters, a funfair, marquee, jugglers and stilt-walkers, was held on the cricket pitch in Bradley’s village of Blackhall, County Durham.

Defoe and Sunderland keeper Vito Mannone were there to celebrate at the party, delayed by two days as Bradley was in hospital having treatment.
