If you’re new to iOS 11, you may notice that some apps are “deleted” randomly or even automatically uninstalled, so you may have to try to reinstall your deleted apps continually. But be assured that iOS 11 works properly.

It’s an advantage, not a problem. In fact, your apps are not “deleted”. This feature is called Offload Unused Apps, and can be turned off (or restarted) easily

Essentially, this feature works as a way to help users save storage on their devices, which automatically downloads apps that you do not use when storage space is low. These applications will still be on your home screen, but their icons will appear gray and next to a small cloud logo.

When you click on it to turn it on, you have to wait a little while for the app to load. This is undoubtedly a great thing, so you can keep application data while saving space on your phone.

There are actually two ways to access this feature with a switch on the iPhone Storage and iTunes & App Store in the Settings app. The only way to disable the feature is through iTunes & App Store.

1 – Go to the Settings application
2. Click General
3 – then iTunes & App Store
4 – You will find the Offload Unused Apps switch, turn it off
