Broccoli, for example, is rich in vitamins C, E, and K, and also provides us with iron, zinc, potassium, and calcium.

Diversifying food means diversifying the bacteria that help in the process of digesting fats and fiber, forming vitamins B and K, and removing toxins from the liver.
